We offer with most machines, within thirty days from shipment, a return privilege, freight prepaid, for refund of the purchase price if proven mechanically unsatisfactory; or repair at emachinetool.com's® option. The machine must be returned in the same condition as was shipped (as determined solely by emachinetool). Please note some machines are offered as-is, where-is and are so indicated on our web site. We take care to give reliable descriptions but they are not guaranteed and prospective purchasers are advised to check vital details. We also reserve the right to correct any stenographic errors. All specifications and descriptions are approximate only. Seller makes no representation or warranty that the machines conform to any specification, description and condition or performance. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods and ascertain if the specifications, description, and condition of the machines conform to the Buyer’s requirements. For the Used Forklifts, the sale is final. We encourage the Purchaser to see the actual forklift or to call and find out more about the particular unit before finalizing the order. We will suggest this before accepting a forklift order.
