We offer with most machines, within thirty days from shipment, a return privilege, freight prepaid, for refund of the purchase price if proven mechanically unsatisfactory; or repair at emachinetool.com's® option. The machine must be returned in the same condition as was shipped (as determined solely by emachinetool). Please note some machines are offered as-is, where-is and are so indicated on our web site. For the Used Forklifts, the sale is final. We encourage the Purchaser to see the actual forklift or to call and find out more about the particular unit before finalizing the order. We will suggest this before accepting a forklift order.
