Nick V. Bard, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Bard founded emachinetool.com in February 1999 and has served as its chief executive officer and director since inception.
He has over 24 years of sales, operations, and general management experience in the machine tool industry.
He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia building strong supplier relationships.
He has extensive industrial distribution and technical machinery knowledge.
Mr. Bard holds an MSIA degree from the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University and a BSEE and Economics degree from Lehigh University.
He is also a member of Eta Kappa Nu and Phi Eta Sigma.

Roger B. Fair, Vice President
Mr. Fair joined emachinetool.com in June 1999 and served as products manager until October 2001 when he became its vice president.
Mr. Fair was CEO of Accurate Screw Machine Products and Essex Electronics for more than 22 years.
Mr. Fair has extensive experience in all aspects of product development and purchasing, as well as, management.
Mr. Fair attended Newark College of Engineering and William Paterson College.

Alpesh A. Shah, Senior Technology Consultant
Mr. Shah was retained by emachinetool.com in February 1999 to develop the Company's Web site.
He has been actively working with Web- and data- based technologies since 1993, and has actively worked with over 30 companies on e-commerce and e-business initiatives.
He is also the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Partner of Revolutionary Systems, LLC; a New Jersey based web site and e-commerce solutions provider.
Mr. Shah holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
